Start Where You Are. Everything You Need is Here.

Whether you are preparing for the ICF Credentialing Exam, recording sessions for submission, renewing your credential, or strengthening your skills, everything begins with the ICF Core Competencies.

It can feel like a lot at first. Most coaches are surprised by how much there is to notice once they begin listening through the lens of the competencies.

As you scroll down, you will find in-depth CCE courses, practical ebooks, and short micro-resources. Each one is designed to help you deepen your understanding and take clear steps forward.

Take your time and explore what will support you most right now.

IN-DEPTH CCE COURSES

These courses offer structured learning and deep exploration of the ICF Core Competencies, PCC Markers, and Code of Ethics. Each course provides Core Competency CCE units and practical insight you can apply immediately in your coaching.

CCE Course Bundles

These bundles combine the courses into a comprehensive learning path. Together, they provide a deeper and more complete understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, PCC Markers, and Code of Ethics.

Many coaches choose the bundle to strengthen their coaching skills, earn Core Competency CCE units, and build the clarity and confidence needed for credentialing and ongoing professional development.

Ebooks

These ebooks provide practical, focused support you can use at your own pace. Many coaches turn to them as they prepare for the ICF Credentialing Exam, review their coaching recordings, or continue their professional development.

Each one is designed to help you deepen your understanding, strengthen your confidence, and apply what you are learning directly in your coaching.

Individual Facilitator License

This guide is especially useful for facilitators who want to bring more interaction and energy into coach learning groups.

It may be a good fit if you facilitate or support ICF Chapter meetings, peer coaching circles, mentor coaching groups, credentialing study groups, coach learning communities, internal coaching communities, professional development gatherings for coaches, or small group learning sessions connected to ICF competencies, markers, ethics, or values.

If you are an ICF Chapter volunteer, this guide can help you use selected How to Learn activities as short, engaging learning moments during monthly meetings or professional development gatherings.

If you lead a peer group, mentor coaching conversation, or coach learning session, this guide can help you create a more active and reflective experience without designing new activities from scratch.

This license is for one named facilitator only. If another facilitator wants to use selected How to Learn activities with groups, they will need to purchase their own full How to Learn program materials and their own Individual Facilitator License.

Micro-Resources

These micro-resources are designed to provide immediate, practical support. They offer focused insight and reflection to help you strengthen your coaching, prepare for credentialing, and continue your professional growth.

Many coaches begin with a micro-resource and return to them often as a way to stay connected to the competencies in their everyday coaching.
